What player should I use to play my video recorded?
Kindly pls use the VLC player, it works really good on both Windows and Mac, It generally plays anything.

What are the requirements for computer to paly the 4K videos?
A computer that plays 4K videos requires the following configuration:
1) CPU and Memory: It is recommended to choose a 13th or 12th generation CPU with 8 or 12 cores or more. 32GB of memory will make the system smoother
2) Graphics card: 4K video playback requires support from the graphics card, with at least 6GB of video memory and a graphics card output resolution of 3840x2160
3) Display: A 4K resolution screen is necessary
Why my 4K Glasses can not be connected to my PC?
Kindly pls try the below steps to settle the connection:
1. Turn off glasses totally before connecting it with PC
2. As Mac is C port, and our cable is USB-C port, you need to plug the " C port Converter " , you can find it in package.
My video was recorded without sound. What should I do?
